Second jersey should be team-coordinated (ie all team members should have black, red, navy, etc as a secondary color option)

Tournament will be played in any weather conditions except lightning or ice

Two 20-minute halves

Tied group play matches at the end of regulation will result in a draw.

Two 15-minute halves

Tied knockout round matches at the end of regulation will be settled by penalty kicks.

Two 3-team groups, with two teams from each group advancing to the knockout round. Semi-final winners will meet in the championship match. Losers of semi-finals will play in the 3rd place match.

• The top two teams with the most points advance to the knockout stage. A win is worth three points, a draw gets one point and a loss earns nothing. 
• If two teams are tied on points:

1. Greatest goal difference across all group matches
2. Greatest number of goals scored in all group matches
3. Least number of yellow & red cards accumulated in all group matches
